Building to NHBC Standards and working with your Local Building Control, CLS can turn drawings into reality.

From ground clearance, to handing over the keys to a fully finished project, CLS can manage all aspects of the build.

Extensions

We can Provide a fully finished extension where we can take care of all aspects of the project; including plumbing, tiling, decorating and floor finishes.

Alternatively we can construct the shell which the DIYer can then complete. If you decide to choose this option, we can be on hand if you run into anything you are unable to manage.
